Items can be ordered via QuickLaze.com’s webshop, but we are happy to help you both by phone and email if you have any questions about your order or payment.
QuickLaze.com receives payment with Stripe. Payments will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped. There are no fees when you pay by card on QuickLaze.com. QuickLaze.com encrypts all your card information with SSL ( Secure Socket Layer ). This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
QuickLaze.com’s collections are in stock, and are therefore typically shipped within 24 hours, with a delivery time of 2-4 working days from the time of ordering, however with the exception of ordering on weekends or public holidays, the procedure will start the next working day.
QuickLaze.com ensures delivery with GLS to your nearest parcel shop.

- Right of complaint
QuickLaze.com provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects, which should be discovered during the usual examination of the product, must be reported to QuickLaze.com within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. credit. In connection with complaint cases, QuickLaze.com bears return costs to a reasonable extent. If QuickLaze.com cannot find a defect in the product upon receipt of a complaint, the customer will not be reimbursed for the value of the product.

In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods which are canceled before dispatch, there will be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and QuickLaze.com therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided per. e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.

- Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us at the following email firstname.lastname@example.org
You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted .
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
