At QuickLaze.com, you have a 30-day full guarantee, to get your money back, from the day you receive your package. Within this period, you can send goods back and get your money back, if the goods have not been used. If the 30 days have passed, the package is sent back to the customer automatically and no money is refunded.

We will not approve your package if: The product is not properly packaged. The product is dirty or damaged.

Complaint: If you need to make a complaint about an item, you must contact QuickLaze.com, who will send you a return label. If you buy a return label yourself, it is not possible to get it refunded.

 

Delivery

 

We use GLS & Post Nord. When the item is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a confirmation of this. Items in stock are delivered within 2-4 working days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

 

Shipping costs only 49 DKK.

 

You have 30 days full right of withdrawal, and in the case of damage to a product during transport, we will send a new one free of charge.
